I have been trained as an athlete my entire life, and continue training as a professional baseball player each day. I have worked with athletes from ages 10-17, and have an understanding of what it takes to compete at a higher level.

I have competed at the collegiate level at Wake Forest University, as well as at the professional level with the San Fransisco Giants. I was a pitcher and shortstop and outfielder in high school. In college I was a two way player, meaning I played infield and pitched. At the professional level I'm a pitcher.

Depending on specific area of training there would be several different drills to concentrate on. In each area there would be an introduction of basic fundamentals on how to perform these techniques the correct way, from then we would advance the drills to be able to perform them at game speed.
