7 years experience as a pitching/hitting instructor for all age groups. I have coached at the high school level and worked mostly with high school and college athletes as a personal coach as well as worked camps for the 7-12 age group. I am currently a certified personal trainer through Cooper Institute and have my Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sports Science through St. Mary’s University.

High school lettered all 4 years and was an Under-Armor All-American
McClennan Community College for 2 years and St.Mary’s for 2 years before signing a contract with the Texas Airhogs in 2017.

Dynamic warmup with resistance band exercises. (Depending on age a weighted ball program)
As we transition into more in-depth skill work biomechanical feedback will be implemented keeping the athlete in a position of constant learn and put to use mentality.
I will also help the athlete understand the importance of protecting the kinetic chain and how it all relates to ground force production.

When I finish a session with a player I always make sure they are more aware on how to use their tools to the best of their ability so the next training session we can continue to grow as a player.
