Ive coached for 3 years with the league city express ages ranging from 9-16 in baseball, we traveled around the city and played many different teams and competed night and day. It was a fun and great experience, I enjoyed being out there and around the kids, helping me understand my players more. I will work with the ages 5-18 to help them sharpen their skills and passed down the knowledge I learned to advanced them to the next level in this game!

My accomplishments was to be the best I could with wherever my coaches put me in the field, and just compete and never give up on myself or teammates. I played college baseball at southern university, Alvin and Galveston college. I also played pro ball for the Santa Fe fuego and the Canadian As and both was a great experience. Growing up I threw a couple of no hitters and one perfect game in my little league career it was one of the best feelings ever as a player!

Well first off I need to get to know the client I’m working with and find out information about them. Next I would ask the parent or child what they have been struggling with so I can get a better grasp with things. After that I would create a workout that would suit him best to see progress in the workouts I have set up for him.
