More About Coach Colin
I’ve created a business over the past couple years called “SpeedElite” which is focused on helping athletes improve their own speed performance. I’ve hosted many camps with local teams, especially soccer teams. I have worked for another business called “NP Barbell” which has the same goal — improving speed, power, and agility. I am about to start coaching with another company called “Plus Two University” who has the same goal as the other two businesses! Overall, I have coached over 200 kids over the span of about 3 years.
I hold two highschool school records in track and field. I am a conference champion at the Collegiate D2 level. I am currently a D1 sprinter at the University of South Alabama. I am an Academic All-American and an Academic All-State athlete.
I really like to focus on not just the physical aspect but also the mental aspect. Learning the reasons behind why you do certain workouts or drills, especially in an online program, as essential to be able to train as efficiently as possible! You must know “why” to thrive and gain an edge on your competitors!
