More About Coach Colin

Currently an assistant Sprints/Hurdles coach at the University of Miami. I have been coaching for the last 5 years with a very versatile range of athletes/sports. In the past year, I have coached a 2x state champion and a national qualifier in track and field.

I hold two high school school records in track and field. I am a conference champion at the Collegiate D2 level and a team conference champion in the Sun Belt Conference. I am an Academic All-American and an Academic All-State athlete.

A normal session plan will always have the same goal -- to progress toward a goal. Whether your goal is to get stronger, faster, and/or smarter, will determine the session plan. In the beginning, we will sit down and create a plan based off of questions I ask you which will optimize the plan to be as efficient as possible for you. Once this is done, each exercise in each session will have an important purpose that I believe will push you to accomplish your goal.
