More About Coach Cody
I have been coaching young athletes for the past 7 years starting at the high school varsity level, and currently coaching teams from 9u-14u in San Rafael with Future Prospects Baseball.
I played at the collegiate level at Cosumnes River College and Sonoma State University. I was first team all conference as a sophomore and batted over .300 multiple times in my college career.
Sessions are typically customized based on the athletes specific needs, starting with an assessment of their goals and where they currently are with their mechanics. We then tailor a workout program and specific drills to work towards the athletes goals.
