12 years of Coaching Athletes from beginners to elite level athletes. I have Coached athletes at the professional level, College level and high school level. Currently the head coach of a high school program.
SEC Champion, NCAA, Champion, Commonwealth Medalist and 3x Olympian. As a coach I have worked with many athletes at the college level and high school level. In the recent years I have helped many athletes obtain scholarships.
In the first session the client can expect to complete warm up drills, and repeat linear speed runs. The distance may vary depending on the sport or discipline the athlete is training for. My goal is to introduce new training techniques to help athletes increase their potential.
