I am a NFHS certified coach in the state of Oklahoma. I coach and train for Jenks High School. My age group range from 7 yrs of age to collegiate.
I competed at college level at the University of Iowa (football) and I also played professionally in South America for the Cirriumma Slayers (football)
My session are very detailed session that focuses on balance, control, change of speed and fundamentals. With these key focuses, this will change any athletes mindset to not just be a one dimensional athlete but to be an all around athlete defensively and offensively.
