I have coached athletes at both high school and collegiate levels.
For the last three years I have been actively coaching athletes 1 on 1 in Wrestling, Football, Rugby, Soccer, Running and Triathlons.

I enjoy working with athletes of all ages and I am geared up to work with beginners as well as challenge those at the forefront of their sport to give them a winning edge.

Growing up in Texas there is a lot to choose from. At age 10 I started playing soccer at the rover position until junior high. In junior high I jumped sports and began playing football at the fullback and middle line backer positions. I guess I just liked to hit people. In High School I also began wrestling which carried through till college.

Now, combined endurance and strength challenges, obstacle course runs like the Spartan Race, and triathlons are what i enjoy participating in.

Skill aptitude and proficiency of such skills will be our first range of attack.
I'm a huge advocate of taking things one step at a time and perfecting it. Small changes are the key to success.

It can be pretty exciting to try to make a whole bunches of changes at once, yet in almost every case those changes are not long lasting. If you change to much to quick, you wont be able to work off a solid foundation on which to master the skills needed as an athlete. We will build a solid foundation and then add pieces to the puzzle until the whole picture can set into focus.
