I've coached professional athletes and worked as a trainer at Mike Murphy Baseball in the Bay Area. I have experience with ages 4-28 years old. I don't have any industry certifications.

In high school, I was named All Metro Player of the Year, played 4 years of Varsity, and made the All County Team. I earned a scholarship to Academy of Arts University for Division 2 baseball, where I was named 2nd Team NCAA and Player of the Month.

In a typical session, clients can expect a structured routine starting with warm-ups followed by intricate drills tailored to address their specific needs. We include "feel good" drills to boost confidence and motivation. Strength and conditioning workouts are integrated to enhance stamina and overall strength. Each session is designed to be comprehensive, targeting both skill improvement and physical conditioning.
