15 years soccer personal trainer with AYSO, Chicago Fire academies, LA Galaxy pre club academy in Orange County, worked with all age groups and UEFA A licensed holder since 2019, USSF Certification also on my record so far.
I played semi professionally for 10 years in Europe with Greek clubs till 2004. Started playing in 4th division clubs and finished playing the last 5 years in the minor leagues
Basically, I am focusing in speed strength, technique and tactics when is proper for shift my athletes into soccer players with knowledge for their position.
