Played for Newport County AFC - English Football League
A product of the academy system where I played for Newport County AFC representing the U17-U19 teams. I was a registered player for the Men's 1st team that played within the North Conference league (Currently within League Two).
A planned theme session tailored to the needs of the individuals current level of play. Each session is built around a players Individual Plan (IDP) and supports short and long-term goals of the individual. Sessions are 1hr long and built within the session are;
- Player engagement and personal well being.
- Warm up.
- Technical Development based on session theme.
- Understanding/ linking technique to tactical decisions.
- Cool down and review of session.
