After the first session in which I assess the player’s needs I create taylor made sessions with the main focus of developing the player’s individual technique starting with the basic skills: ball mastery, dribbling, turning, protecting the ball, shooting and passing all with strong focus on balance, body coordination and timing.
In every session well be working at the same time on the psycological level to develop a goal oriented mentality, strong work ethics through self assesment and confidence building exercises and activities. Fitness is done 90% with the ball to refine ball control and instill a love and passion for the game in a fun environment mixing elements of futsal and beach soccer training to improve control in small spaces, bare foot ball touch sensitivity, aerial control and shooting and acrobatic moves.
