More About Coach Chris

Currently I am Head Scout for FMDR Soccer, a Professional Agency. I am a Coach and Technical Director at International Soccer Academy (u9-u18). I hold a USSF E coaching badge. I personal train youth, college, and professional players during their off-season.

I played for both the University of South Florida and Florida International University Men's Soccer Team. I played my Youth Soccer for Cagliari Calcio MSF, and Kendall Coalition Development Acdemy U18. I have trained in Brazil with Traffic Sports Academy, and in Italy with Cagliari Calcio.

My sessions start with a dynamic warmup then we move into technical drills with the ball. Drills focus on first touch, passing, dibbling, juggling, and shooting. As well as on the ball drills, I also focus on soccer specific movement without the ball (agility, fitness, explosion, balance and coordination). I end every session with a cool down and recap.
