More About Coach Chris
I have been training athletes since the spring of 2012. I have trained professional level athletes down to athletes being introduced to the sport. I typically work with elementary and high school aged kids. While attending Miami University I majored in kinesiology.
I played at 2 ncaa division 1 schools (Howard and Miami). I’ve attended tryout opportunities with more than 6 nba associations. I hold the record at Howard for the most points scored by a freshman. While playing at garden city community college i broke their school record for most three in a game. That record was also a conference record for most 3 hit in a conference game. At Miami I was rank in the 100th percentile for jumps shots made without dribbling. I ended my electability at university of Pikeville where I was named a naia all American.
A client can expect to be challenged physically and mentally in a workout. It will be a professional style workout. I will mock nba skill development training. Drill will be game related and able to be applied to game right away.
