Was an All South Jersey performer in High School at John F Kennedy in Willingboro NJ. Continued playing at GSC (now Rowan University) and was an All Conference player there. I began my coaching career as an assistant men's basketball coach at GSC and was on the staff under Coach Dr. John Giannini when we won the Div. III National Championship at Rowan College( now Rowan University). I began my Head Coaching experience at a 2yr college- Camden College in NJ. We won the Region 19 regular season in my 3 years there and developed an All American who has played professionally. After that I coached a Boys High Scool team - Winslow Township and brought them to prominence in Southern Jersey. We were ranked #1 in South Jersey and #8 Statewide many times during my 10 years there. We were conference champions 8 of the 10 years and produced/developed many scholarship athletes. I am currently the Head Men's Basketball Coach at Rowan College at Gloucester County, a 2 year college in SouthJersey. We were Garden State Athletic Conference Champions last year and have had several players go on to 4 yr schools and play international basketball. i have worked out several current NBA and college players including the Markieff Morris of the Phoenix Suns, Marcus Morris now of the Detroit Pistonsand Mike Kidd -Gilchrist of the Charlotte Hornets. I have over 30 years of coaching experience.

I played at the HS level and was an All-South Jersey player. I played collegiate ball and was an All Conference player. I also played in Professional Leagues made up of former NBA and High level college players. I am a member of the South Jersey Basketball Hall of Fame.

Sessions initiate with a warm up and stretching. The goal or outcome expected from the athlete would determine the specific drills. In each session, however, the athlete will engage in ball handling drills, shooting technique, receiving a pass coming off a screen, determining what to do with the ball after receiving a pass, and free throw shooting. Post players receive the above and learn how to maneuver in the post area - including positioning, footwork, hand placement and shooting touch around the basket!! Great workouts!
