I have been coaching lacrosse for 22 years at all levels.
I have coached at the youth level from 4th grade teams up to High School Varsity.
1 yr as assistant varsity coach at Greensboro day school in Greensboro, NC.
1 yr as assistant fresh/soph team at St. Mary's HS in Annapolis, MD.
8 yrs. as Head Varsity coach at St. Vincent Pallotti HS in Laurel, MD.- Won MIAA championship, ranked 8th in Baltimore Sun.
2 yrs as assistant varsity coach at Cristo Rey HS in Baltimore, MD.
6 yrs as Head coach of Sidewinders club team (8th grade-Varsity), Anne Arundel County, MD.
1 yr as assistant coach 2027 Sidewinders club team (Current).
1 yr as assistant varsity coach at Annapolis Area Christian School, Annapolis, MD (current). Won MIAA championship.
Worked at lacrosse camps all over the east coast during the summers for 10 years.

I work with any age groups from 4th grade up through Varsity High School players.

I played at St. Mary's High School in Annapolis, MD where we were ranked #1 in the country.

I played college at Greensboro College in Greensboro, NC., was a 4 year starter. We were ranked 10th in the nation for DIII, in the top 10 for scoring all time. I played midfield and attack, faced off, and played both offense and defense.
I still play lacrosse in a Masters league in Howard County.

I have a lot of knowledge of all the positions and a session would focus on whatever you would like to work on. I believe in focusing on the fundamentals and teaching the correct form. I believe on teaching the "why" behind what we are learning and how it will translate to the field. I can work with any position on the field and have coached every position on the field at one point in my career.
The session would include drills and techniques based on what you would like to work on. Repetition and understanding of techniques are important during a training session.
