I began coaching Lacrosse at Bonita Vista HS in San Diego, Ca. as the Varsity Head Lacrosse coach in 2000. I have coached at both Westfield HS and Lake Braddock HS in Northern Virginia. I played my college lacrosse at NDNU in Belmont, California and Post Collegiate in the American Lacrosse League. I was also a trainer for professional MMA athletes at Undisputed Boxing in San Diego, Ca.

I have been playing the sport of Lacrosse for 30 years. I played High School Lacrosse for perennial state contender Chantilly HS in Northern Virginia and played my college ball at NDNU in Belmont California after completing 8 years of military service. I played Box Lacrosse in the MABLL in Washington DC after college and am still playing at the post collegiate club level. I currently play professional box lacrosse for the Istanbul sultans and the Nanaimo Timbermen.

As a face off specialist I focus on the games most important aspect; possession and distributing the ball to your offensive players. I also work with players on speed and agility, fundamentals of shooting and passing on the run from the face-off/fast break, fundamentals of defensive play. My sessions include 45 minutes of specific situational drills and instruction and 30 minutes of speed/explosiveness, agility and strength drills
