Collegiate Strength and Conditioning 3 Years, Coached College football 3 Years coaching wide receivers and Running backs, was an offense coordinator. Been coaching Crossfit for 4 Years, and personal training for 4 years.
I work with all ages, most of my coaching back ground comes with ages 17 and Up
Played collegiate football at East Central university in Ada Oklahoma, held the single game touchdown record for 4 Years. I now compete in Crossfit at Koda Crossfit.
I will normally put you through 10min warm up. The focus I emphasize is moving correctly to improve a healthy life. Technique is my main focus. Weight will come with time by moving correctly. Depending on what goals my clients are wanting I will help achieve them by constantly varied work outs. Each session will normally be a 45min session.
