I have trained kids in the summer on my summer breaks from school. I have worked as a trainer at Apollo Park in Downey,Ca. I can train all age groups

I have played basketball at the Division I level. I have attended the Universities of UTEP, Tulsa, and Eastern Michigan. Now i play overseas

It will depend on the client’s experience with basketball. If they are beginners it will be a lot of learning the fundamentals first. With a more advanced client, it will be more a skilled work out
