- I began coaching lacrosse as a volunteer with younger teams when I was in high school back in Fairport, NY. I have then gone on to coach at the high school level for the past 9 years. In Colorado I have coached high school teams at Highlands Ranch and Cherry Creek. I also have 8 years coaching experience with Colorado club teams, mostly with elementary and middle school boys.

- I have been an Elementary Physical Education teacher in DPS for the past 7 years and use this experience as I prepare for practice and training sessions.

I believe every session needs to have three components. Each training session needs to incorporate theory. My athletes will develop a deep knowledge of the game and understand how our training connects to actual game play. Along with the mental aspect, I want my athletes to progress physically as well. This includes athleticism and skill development. Finally, each session must be fun and engaging. I believe it's critical that my athletes need to enjoy themselves during practice as this will further develop a love of the game and keep them motivated to improve.
