More About Coach Chloe
As a DI College Track & Field / Cross Country Head Coach, I work with athletes on mental skills daily, helping them to define their goals & vision and master their mindset. I have a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Mental Performance Mastery Certification, and experience working with teams and individuals on building confidence and mental toughness, navigating high pressure moments, and practicing visualization and mindfulness.
DI Track & Field / Cross Country student-athlete - competed for University of Washington and Loyola Marymount University. Scoring member of the fastest women's Cross Country team in LMU history, which placed 9th at the NCAA Regional in 2014 and 3rd in the West Coast Conference. Ranked #6 in LMU All-Time in the 800m & #10 LMU All-Time in the 1500m.
California High School State Champion in the 1600m (2010), 6x CIF Champion (1600, 800).
CA State record in the 800m / 3200m double.
Our first session will consist of exploring your motivations, recent performances, athletic history, and future goals. From there we will work together to determine how I can support you on your journey - whether you are looking to build confidence, increase mental toughness, bounce back from an injury or performance slump, or simply fine tune your mental skills, I am here to support and challenge you. We will assess your current mental toolkit, and discuss examples of the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that have led to successful and unsuccessful performances.
Sessions may be focused on defining your vision & purpose, goal setting, self-talk strategies, visualization & mental imagery.
Sessions can be structured around a competitive season, off-season, or preparing for a particular competition or event.
