More About Coach Chelsea

I am collegiate point guard. I have played this sport since the age of 3. Throughout the years I have not only been forced to figure different ways to enhance my own skill set, but also my teammates. As the point guard it has been my responsibility to help enhance my teammates skill sets in the most efficient way. I also work at Nike Elite Basketball Camps where I trained from the ages of 9-15. My personal basketball trainer also works with professional basketball players. I have had the opportunity to work out with and learn from people such as Brandan Wright and Rob Covington. I am currently working on my personal training certification. I am capable of working with athletes of all ages.

Workouts will vary, depending on the client’s skill set and conditioning. A workout will generally consist of stretching, ball handling, layup warmups, position skill work, conditioning, and then finishing out with either a ball handling or shooting drill. By finishing with a shooting or ball handling drill, the athlete will be able to focus on these skills while being fatigued. This will allow them to learn their bodies and create muscle memory for similar time in a game.

Client Reviews

I enjoyed the session highly recommended for all skill groups.

Had our first session and Chelsea was excellent. My son and her have a lot in common and can't wait to see the changes my son makes with working out with her.

Coach Chelsea was a amazing coach she was very good at teaching different skills and was very supportive

I’ve known Chelsea for a long time, going from being rivals to being teammates. She has always had a leadership mentality about her and has always motivated me to want to better on and off the court. She has a grinding mentality and is always looking for ways to be better and push herself and those around her to be better in all aspects of life.
