I started training 6 Years ago when I first turned pro. I coached middle school and high school level but also trained alot of professionals. I trained a few number of professional athletes as well as HS, JHS & Younger Kids. I work with all ages and levels.

I played 1 season at Hofstra Univeristy before transferring to Umass. I was a 4 year starter. I won the honors of being a First Team all Rookie selection & then 3 Years All First Team A10 For Umass. Helping my team reach the NCAA tournament for the first time in 15years. Now I still play basketball profesionally in europe.

I usually ask the client what they would like to work on. If i haven't had the opportunity to watch the client play already I would further ask their opinion of their strength and weaknesses. Then proceed to work on them, whether its shooting, dribbling, passing and etc I have the drills and techniques for it all.
