I coach age group from 7 to 21 girls and boys. I coach for different AAU teams and Detroit and also varsity high schools and some basketball camp as well.
I played basketball Detroit Denby high school , AAU Detroit jaguars 1 year at Mott community college 16-0 conference record and was 27-7 overall en route to a NJCAA Region XII championship and bid to the NJCAA Tournament, played at Detroit Denby high school for 4 year
Well my client going to learn the fun and going to fall in love with the game of basketball the consistency of practice but they will 1. Stretch, 2. Dribble drills, 3 Lay up and Shooting Drills, 4.Defense Drills, 5. Work on my client weakness
