Athletes can expect to become better baseball players through a stronger understanding of hitting, fielding and conditioning.
Hitting program include tee work, soft toss, live BP, simulation, offensive awareness discussions, and situational hitting drills.
Fielding program includes throwing mechanics, defensive awareness, strength training, long toss, and fielding drills.
Pitching program includes mound work (wind-up/stretch), pitching drills, pitch grips/mechanics, PFP (pitcher's fielding practice), strength training, and situational pitching drills.
