lThe hardest part of exercise for me, personally: motivation. I now have it! I am going to write this review based on all five 5-star ratings I am giving Charles. Punctuality: I am a stickler to the rule of "five minutes early is ten minutes late." Charles and I have an unspoken competition of who arrives to the studio first (spoiler - he wins every day). Reliability: In a world of hectic lives and unexpected scheduling changes, Charles is communicative and easily adaptable. Knowledgeable: I'm very inquisitive. I point to things and ask "what's that?" and I ask "why?" to every new thing we try. He has a method and a common-sense reason for what we do. Professional: Charles operates his own fitness business, and he treats it that way. He's personable and knows his industry. While looking for a trainer, one thing I was concerned about is hiring somebody who doesn't take this seriously. That hasn't been an issue even for a moment! Created Effective Training Program: I came to Charles in need of a LOT of improvement. Essentially, building a foundation AND working from there.
