I am the former Head Men's Basketball Coach at a NAIA University in Dallas, Texas. We recently finished the season ranked #1 in scoring in the NAIA at 93.1 points per game. I had the good fortune of coaching two USCAA All-Americans and another two USCAA Academic All-Americans. We improved our record from 9-17 the previous season to 14-15 this season.

Prior to this position, I was an Assistant Men's Basketball coach for three years at Cedar Valley College in Lancaster, Texas. I helped the team compile a 60-29 record (0.674 winning %) in three seasons as assistant coach. The team's record was 26-33 the previous two seasons (0.441 winning %). The team finished with a 22-9 record in the 2010-2011 season and were the Conference Tournament Runner-up, ranked 12th in the Nation in the Final Poll Rankings and ranked 8th in the Nation in Team Defensive Average (66.2 points per game). In the 2009-2010 season, the team finished with a 19-9 record, was regular season Co-Metro Athletic Conference Champions and ranked 3rd in the Nation in Team Defensive Average (64.9 points per game). I also assisted the head coach with scouting reports, film breakdown, study hall, practice drills, player development, conditioning, recruiting, and off-season fundraisers.

Additionally, I have been a coach at several basketball clinics and camps throughout Texas.

I graduated from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida, in 2001, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. I obtained a Master of Sports Science degree (Emphasis: Sports Coaching) in 2009 from the United States Sports Academy (Daphne, AL).

•Team broke the NAIA regular season single game field goal attempts record by attempting 123 field goals in a 161-138 victory against the University of the Southwest (2/13/13). The old record was 122 field goals attempted by Lewis-Clark State in 1989.
•Team ranked #1 in the NAIA and USCAA in scoring (119 points per game) through first 6 games of the 2012-2013 season; started out 6-0; best start in school history.
•Team scored 100+ points 11 times during the 2012-2013 season.
•Finished 2012-2013 season #1 in the NAIA and #2 in the USCAA in scoring average at 93.1 points per game.
•Team ranked in the top 10 nationally in the USCAA Coaches Poll between 11/28/12 & 1/16/13.
•Team ranked as high as #2 in the USCAA National Power Rankings during Fall 2012.
•Coached one USCAA Second Team All-American, one USCAA Honorable Mention All-American, and two USCAA All-Academic Team players during the 2012-2013 season.
•Coached two HBCU All-Americans, two All-Red River Athletic Conference players, and two All-Red River Athletic Conference Academic Team players during the 2011 & 2012 seasons.

My workout plan is catered to what you want to get accomplished. I vary my workouts per sesssion because each client has different goals that they want to achieve.
