I coached the Nyack College Girls Basketball Camp and I did some independent training as well working with ages between 7-13. I'm also currently coaching basketball at the YMCA in New Port Richey.

I played J.V as an 8th grader and I started varsity as a freshman in high school. I made the All Star Team as a 7th grader playing at the high school level at the prestigious Keystone #1 Basketball Camp. I played briefly for the Monroe College Lady Mustangs National Championship basketball team in 2010-2011.

I work on Basic fundamentals, teaching the techniques and skills through repetition so that it becomes second nature. Light jogging for warm-up followed by stretching, shooting drills starting with a range finder drill, working on form and than shots from various locations including free throws. Also dribbling drills focusing on the weaker hand using cones and dribbling goggles that prevent you from looking at the ball. I also focus on defense and conditioning, doing different agility drills to work on footwork and more free throws when the student/client is most physically drained.
