I am a former Jr. College (Los Medanos, Diablo Valley) and High School (Pittsburg, Liberty) Coach. I am currently a personal youth skills trainer woking with kids from 5yrs. to High School and currently running basketball programs for youth development and basic fundamental skills at Pittsburg High School.
I am a former College All-American, was ranked the #2 freethrow shooter in the Country at 92% and the #10 Scorer in College basketball averaging 25.1 pts. Per game. I played for Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Az where I was also Conference player of the year and rewrote the basketball history books, I also Played Professionally in Cyprus Greece.
Observing a players weakness by watching how he/she shoots, dribble and pass to create a workout plan designed for them. Working on basic dribbling, passing and shooting drills are always the 1st. steps I work on to help get the client to understand that the basics are needed to be successful on all levels. Focusing on footwork, shooting form and hand positioning are also important, so my emphasis will be on developing my client to be the best all around player he/she can be.
