More About Coach Cezar

I am a certified USATF level 2 coach with over 22 years of coaching experience, out of which 11 years at college level with NCAA Division 1 and 2 track and field.

Throughout my career I have been involved in athletic events such as sprints, hurdles, middle distance, high jump, javelin, hammer throw, discus, distance, steeplechase, half-marathon, and marathon.

For each new athlete I first determine his/her current level in regards to core strengths, biomechanics, motor skills, and level of fitness. At elite level, I first determine how dedicated they are to the sport, and then how hard they are willing to train in order to get to the next level.

Coach Cezar is an amazing coach. My daughter is a little shy, but he made her feel comfortable and confident immediately. He worked through fundamentals of appropriate warm up exercises, general training, as well as provided focus on the specific event (hurdles) that she was interested in. I could already see a distinct improvement in her skills by the end of session 1. His knowledge and passion for the sport is obvious. I would highly recommend Coach Cezar!
