More About Coach Cedric
Over 10 years of experience coaching and training youth and professional athletes. Experienced in coaching and training athletes from elementary, middle/high school, and college in over 20 states as well as professional athletes overseas. I work with all age groups 7 and up.
High school champions/mvp at Northern Burlington High school in New Jersey. College Champions/mvp at Cleveland State University. NBA D League (now G League) for the Erie Bayhawks and Idaho Stampede. Played in the NBA for the Cleveland Cavaliers with Lebron James and Shaquille O'Neal. San Antonio Spurs with Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobli and Tony Parker. Washington Wizards. I've played overseas in Italy, Spain, Israel, Poland, Slovenia, Serbia, France, Puerto Rico, New Zealand and Australia.
In my sessions clients can expect from me a fun and safe environment; a hard working mentality as soon as they walk into the gym. Developing a friendship and communication skills through assessments with strengths and weakness with each athlete. Also earning and building trust and complete assurance that I have there best interest at heart. I commit to helping every athlete develop a variety of skill sets to compete at a variety of levels including youth, AAU, national, collegiate, and professional basketball. We will focus on ball handling, shooting technique, agility, passing, defense, conditioning and confidence building. Creating formats to assist athletes in becoming "students of the game". Also, working to give you a complete understanding of a champion’s intangibles; work ethic, attitude, discipline, and commitment.
