More About Coach Catherine

I am a single mom that is a fitness enthusiast. I was approached by Miss Utah to help her train to become miss Universe, I am happy to say that we succeeded! I have a passion for helping my clients reach their goals as well as a great understanding of the stresses of daily life and ways to help clients navigate them and strive to live their dreams. I was also a personal cook and shopper for a high profile Utah family.

I have taken a personal fitness journey to learn about what our bodies can accomplish and what fuel is best to put in our vessels. I have made excellent healthy meals with great reviews from the harshest of critics...teenage boys! I am passionate about proper weightlifting techniques and helped train the current Miss Universe. You bring the goal and I'll bring the energy and motivation!

I would start each client off with a personal evaluation to assess the level they are currently at and what it is they want to accomplish. I take great pride in helping my clients, your goal is my goal. Together we would build a specific plan, each session would include cardio, weight lifting and finishing off with my personal favorite an ab workout. I can also help my clients build a meal plan that would include some delicious recipes, fuel is key to allowing your body to build and progress. Our bodies are a vessel and what you put in will determine what you are able to accomplish.

I have been professionally trained many times over in my career as a pageant queen, and business competitor. By far Catherine has been my favorite! She is such an amazing trainer! She really kicks my butt in the gym. I love it! I have done the most unique workouts of my life with Cath. I love variety, creativity, and new experiences in life, and I always say, “How you do anything, is how you do everything.” The gym is no different for me. There is an entertainment aspect to the way, Cath trains. She always keeps my cortex engaged in new creativity while my body is getting a work out. Her work out routines are so fun and unique that I don’t even realize that I’m working out when I follow her. She knows how to hit each muscle group in a unique way by angling or adjusting the lift providing a thorough work out for each individual muscle group. Even just slight changes or alternative ways of moving in different ways that completely upgrade a traditional work out and I feel it every time! I have found that my body is getting faster results because of her unique approach. She is such a happy positive and vibrant soul. I am better every day just for hanging out with her in addition to our work out together. Most days, I’m not physically with her because I’m following my video clips of my workout for the day that she gives me. I still feel like I’m with her though, when I hear her voice, see her demonstration, and copy her every move. Who doesn’t want to look like Cath?
