Over 10 years of coaching at the collegiate level. I ran my own training business for nearly six years before stepping away to focus on my professional coaching career and family. I’ve worked with youth athletes just learning the game to the professional level, training multiple NCAA All Americans.

I was a collegiate athlete playing all four years at the DII level. I was a three year captain and lead my team in rebounds and assists. I was a point guard who also played as an undersized post with has developed my ability to see the game from multiple positions at all times.

Life check in, dynamic warm up, followed by some ball work, strengthening the hands and handle. A good chunk of a session spent getting reps and working on jumper followed by some action off the dribble and move depending on level of clientele. I often use video and film to teach and share athletes progress. I focus on high intensity, intimate sessions that focus on constant teaching, challenging, and reinforcement. Finishing with some conditioning and stretching.
