More About Coach Cary
I am a NASM Certified MMA Conditioning Specialist and Certified Nutrition Coach. I have spent years training in Mixed Martial Arts including Kyokushin Karate, Brazilian Jiujitsu, and Muay Thai Kickboxing. I specialize in introducing Beginners to these martial arts in an approachable way and giving them the skills and confidence needed to become advanced fighters.
I have competed in several amateur Muay Thai tournaments and full-contact knockdown Karate tournaments. I have trained in Muay Thai for several years and attained 3rd Kyu rank in Shinkyokushin Karate.
Lessons will focus on footwork, stances, offensive attacks, defensive maneuvers, combos, sparring, and self-defense techniques. Each lesson will introduce new skills and tips that are necessary to becoming a proficient fighter.
