I have a BS in Exercise Science. I am also a certified ACE Health Coach, an AFPA Nutrition and Wellness Consultant and an ACSM Physical Activity in Public Health Specialist.
I enjoy working in the fitness industry with people of all ages and feel I am most capable of developing great rapport with people. I am reliable, dependable and responsible and take great pride in my performance as a professional.
I have played soccer in high school as defense as well as competed in show jumping internationally.
