I have been coaching and working with athletes since 2008. I have previously coached basketball at the collegiate and high school level with local schools, and have since transitioned to working as the Director of Training at Parisi Speed School. I have worked with a wide variety of clientele ranging from pro's to as young as 7 years old, not only with basketball players and teams but a variety of sports. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist via the NSCA and a Certified Parisi Performance Coach.

I am from the Melbourne area and played high school basketball for West Shore from 2003-2005. I then walked on at Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL, and was the first West Shore player to move on and play collegiate basketball. After graduating with a B.A. in Sport Management from Flagler I immediately moved into the coaching profession.

I personalize my sessions to the needs and goals of the client(s) I am working with. I generally run 60 minute sessions and like to run everything on a clock so there is no wasted time. As a general template, I begin with a dynamic warm up followed by ball handling drills, then transitioning into shooting form work. Then I progress into whatever our primary goal for the day is, an example might be how to read a close out from a defender and make the corresponding move. If there are multiple athletes I always end with competition and/or drills that mimic live game play, and we end with free throws always.
