I have coached and trained at multiple levels of competition including Club (AAU), grade school, high school (Seton Catholic High School with 80% winning percentage) and recreational basketball (YMCA). I've trained athletes and mentored coaches on the game.
High School:
All State Division 3A team.
4 year varisty letterman.
2 year Capitan of varsity team.
Two time Team MVP
Led team in points and rebounds.
Student - Athlete of the Year
Training stems from continuous player assessment and SMART goal implementation.
The idea is to create a routine that shows the player his constant improvement through his/her hard work.
