Currently I am the Hitting/Outfield coach for Millenium High Varsity Baseball team. I am also currently a hitting instructor @ DBat Avondale, where I work with players of all ages.

I am a former Major Leaguer and the Owner/Head Coach of the Arizona Dirt Divers Club Team

Im also the Head Coach for the 15u of MMW Victus Club owned by former Major Leaguer James McDonald

- I was drafted by the Cleveland Indians in the 14th Round in 2008

- Made the Double-A all-star team after batting .285 w/ 17 Homeruns and 75 RBI’s

- Rated Indians best outfield Arm in the entire organization

- I was added to the Indians Major League 40-man roster in 2013. Played two seasons on the 40-man roster.

- 2014 Triple-A International League record holder for most outfield assist in a single season with ( 22 )

- 2014/2015 Cleveland Indians Big League Camp invitee

- Led the League 3 times in outfield assist

I believe players should have fun while working on their craft. I give players a stream of scenarios throughout a hitting session to keep it fun and to keep the hitter focused on a goal. Baseball is a mental sport. The goal is the create the necessary discipline in a player in order for them to become consistent with everything they do in the sport.
