I have trained high school arms all the way up to the MLB but I typically work with pros ages 21-30. I specialize in fast tracking guys to optimize their throwing mechanics and get them to throw with less pain. I like to be creative as possible and enjoy getting guys to find their 95+ mph throw! I played 4 years of professional baseball myself as well as the D1 collegiate level as well. My highest achievement was in 2014 in the NECBL where I won Reliever of the Year and I was a top 10 prospect in the league as well. This is one of the top summer collegiate summer leagues in the country.

My Training Pillars are Mechanics, Positioning, Recruitment and Timing. I use training techniques to understand better how to get into different positions in the mechanics that I teach and I use recruitment during the training to better understand the timing of when to apply force! I like to implement different throwing drills as well to optimize different feelings and sensations.
