I supervised and instructed the entire Driveline Program.

I am up to date with pitching and hitting techniques, mechanics, and both mental sides of the game. I am very comfortable working with all ages. Also, I am good at making the information relatable for younger athletes.

I went to Durant High School where I was selected for the All-Hillsborough team, All-Western conference team, and All-Suncoast team.

I played 4 years for Louisiana State University-Shreveport. There we won 4 conference championships, 1 regional championship, and attended the NAIA Avista World Series where we came in 3rd place.

I played in the New York Colliegate Baseball league with the Syracuse Saltcats and the Western Major Baseball League with the Lethbridge Bulls.

A typical session would include:

Hitting
-Recap of previous lesson
-Tee work to warm up
-Tee work with instruction
-Slow Motion analysis
-Soft toss
-Overhand toss
-Conversation about mental side of an at-bat

Pitching
- Proper stretching, lacrosse ball roll out, foam rolling
-Long toss
-Arm strengthening workouts
-Bullpen (depending on game schedule and days of rest)
-Work on mechanical issues
-Mentally going through pitching sequences
-Teaching pitches (if necessary)
-Cool down stretching
