More About Coach Callahan
I am currently the Graduate Assistant for the Men’s Soccer Program at Friends University. This past summer, I served as a lead coach at IMG Academy in Florida, one of the most prestigious youth development academies in the country.
I have experience coaching across a range of settings, including private sessions, club teams, and elite soccer camps. I worked with PlayerOnePerformance in San Jose, one of the largest private coaching companies in the United States.
My coaching background also includes working with several professional clubs such as Liverpool FC, Real Madrid, FC Cincinnati, and St. Louis City SC.
I played college soccer at Union College in Kentucky & Harris Stowe State University in Saint Louis. During my time at home in Liverpool, England, I played at a semi-professional level.
My session depends on age, ability, experience & position. I work on improving players technical ability focusing on first touch and passing receiving. A typical session would be 30-40 mins of technical work & 20 mins of shooting practice. I love to ask my clients what they want to work on specifically so I can tailor each session to their needs.
