Caleb Henderson

I have been coaching four years at the JV and Varsity level. I have trained athletes from middle school to professional. I usually train female athletes from 8th grade to professional and males from 8th grade to professional.

I was blessed to play basketball at every level. I was a varsity player from 10th grade until graduation, starting two years on varsity. I played college basketball at the University of Mount Olive, enjoyed a semi-pro career, and starting my professional career overseas soon.

A typical session with myself, would be instruction, demonstration, then execution. I stress the IQ of the game of basketball, I perform numerous read and react drills with my clients, such as full court ball handling with defense, defensive scenario shooting and passing, live transition drills that quickly go from offense to defense. The specific skills I stress are ball handling, shot creation and separation, and mostly CONDITIONING. Everything I stress with my clients is game speed as they gradually progress in confidence.
