Bryce M.

Bryce has four years of experience coaching and supervising baseball camps at California Baptist University with attendance levels ranging up to 120 kids at each clinic. The typical age range he has worked with is 6-13 years, however, he also has experience advising older athletes. Bryce recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Concentration in Physical Education in August 2018. His Kinesiology courses have helped him gain a better understanding of body movement mechanics and his Physical Education courses have allowed him to refine his teaching skills. He focuses on helping athletes develop and master one critical skill at a time. During his Collegiate years, he also volunteered teaching school P.E. lesson plans specific to teaching baseball skills.

Bryce started playing baseball at the young age of six years old and now has sixteen years of experience on the field under his belt. During this time, he was involved in Little League, Travel Ball, High School, and Collegiate level baseball programs. At the end of Bryce's Junior year of High School, he was named First Team All-League and First Team All-State for Underclassmen. He lead the league in stolen bases and posted a batting average of .492. During his Senior year at Paloma Valley High School, he was named Sunbelt League Most Valuable Player and lead his team to the CIF-SS quarterfinals. Bryce was signed on as a Catcher for CBU, where he earned NCAA Division II All-West Region Tournament Team Honors in 2016. During the regional tournament he hit four home runs in four consecutive games, one of which was a Grand Slam and had 8 RBI's. Throughout the season, he was a Designated Hitter with a batting average of .367 and earned 21 RBI's. In 2017, Bryce was named All Pac-West First Team and had the second highest batting average on the team at .301, with 7 home-runs and 27 RBI's in 206 at-bats. He was a starting catcher for two years and was a part of four playoff teams during his four years of college. While playing at California Baptist University, Bryce was scouted by the following MLB teams: Washington Nationals, Cincinnati Reds, Atlanta Braves and Minnesota Twins.
