More About Coach Bryce

I have experience training all age levels in the art of pitching. Specifically, I coached high school baseball for 3 years. 2 years as a Freshman head coach and one year as a varsity pitching coach. In college we ran camps, and trained athletes every weekend in the off season.

I have pitched in 3 college world series. When I played for the Scottsdale Community College, I was part of a pitching staff that broke the record for the lowest season ERA ever recorded at a JUCO. In that season I sported an ERA below one on over 30 innings as a reliever. I was the top closer in the WMBL in Canada when I played for the Yellow Jackets. I was first team all region in Georgia (Georgia College and State University) where we won two conference championships. I was offered to move on and continue playing as a pro athlete but I had a job offer I couldn't refuse, so here I am still trying to be a part of the game, and help young pitchers learn from my experience

Baseball is my passion, but when I clock in to work everyday I am a Data Scientist. I have a Master's degree in Analytics and I know there is never one way to solve every problem. In this case I know there is not one blanket training technique that will work for every client. As a player I hated when a coach tried to apply one type of training to every player. I will not be that coach. A typical training would start off with getting to know the player and their style of play. Once I am able to identify key areas of improvement I will set up a lesson plan. All of my clients will get a training program to help them even when they are away from lessons. I have former teammates/best friends that are currently playing in the MLB, so if I ever need a second opinion, I have the best of the best there to take a look.
