Brooke Wadsworth

I have been the head coach of the Annapolis Area Christian School's Middle School Girls Lacrosse team. Throughout these two years, I have worked with middle school girls (6th to 8th grade) both individually and in a team setting. I have worked with the players in all positions of the lacrosse field and have also conducted conditioning and agility training that is specific to particular positions.

I have played lacrosse for over 15 years and was the president of the University of Rochester's club lacrosse team. I was on the Annapolis Area Christian School's varsity team who won two IAAM championships in a row.

A typical session would begin with fast paced stick skills drills in order to assure that the basics of lacrosse are well established. From there we would transition to position specific agility and conditioning training. To finish we would do position specific drills in order to practice game like scenarios and level of play.
