My coaching experience is dated back to several years ago. I am a previous softball collegiate athlete who is now involved with developing and coaching the next generation. I have coached at many different age groups spanning from collegiate athletes to 12 and under recreation teams. These age groups come from individual lessons and now to team practices, camps or clinics. I have several industry certifications spanning from first aid/CPR, concussion safety, ACE, SafeSport, and more.

My athletic career ended at Menlo College after playing all 4 years and earning my bachelor's degree. During this time, I successfully earned all-conference honors and am in the record book for several stats. In high school, I earned conference and state honors during my 3 years on the Varsity softball team. I hope to now use my experiences and accolades to be the best coach I can be!

A client and their parents can expect for me to be fully present within the session. I focus heavily on walking the athlete through the different movements of swinging, throwing, and/or fielding to ensure they understand properly. I am a huge advocate on positive self-talk which I then incorporate this into each drill. I believe in establishing goals for each season and help the athlete get to those goals.
