I generally work with adult individuals looking to redefine themselves and find their passion for fitness again or for the first time ever. I make training upbeat and encouraging while pushing you to do your best. My motto is “just show up and I got you” I specialize in weight loss and I am the owner of Mindfit Junkie. A brand that focuses on your Mindset, Mindfullness and fitness. Empowering others to get healthy and strong is truly my passion and I help my clients feel the same.

I was a competitive softball player most of my life. I achieved recognition as a Pitcher and Short Stop multiple years and received several scholarships offers for both positions.

My sessions are customized to each specific client and where they are physically. However a general session will focus on 4 to 6 workouts and 3 to 5 rounds in increments of 30-45 second activity followed by a short rest period. If looking to achieve weight loss I will generally focus on full body so assuring the workouts hit all areas and truly provide optimum caloric burn.
