I have cheer and gymnastics coaching experience. I was a former youth cheer coach for 7 years, I started coaching in middle school helping my younger sister's team. I coached gymnastics for a year and still am currently a gymnastics coach. I've coached brand new cheerleaders all the way up to levels 3 & 4. Ive coached at Eastlake panthers youth association and the ymca, I also teach private classes at my house. I can work with ages 3- adult. I'm CPR certified. I've coached 3 first place cheer teams both regionals and nationals

I am a national cheerleading champion and was 2009-2013, I participated in the All-American cheer camp, I won All American at several cheer camps throughout my high school career. Regional cheer champion. And district cheer champion.

I start with stretching of course. stretches geared towards the activity I have planned for that day. After stretching, i involve conditioning and cardio, shortly after that, i review what was taught the previous session, test them on it, and then start with what new has to be taught. i cover all aspects of cheer in my practices.
