My own "Advanced Individual Workout Camp" I provide for student athletics during each summer from state-to-state:(FL, NC, SC and GA) I focus on incorporating individual basketball skills needed to play the game into advanced individual workouts. There will be an emphasis on shooting,
defense, conditioning, footwork, ball-handling, and advanced individual workouts including attacking the rim. It is important to remember that my basketball workout is a highly intensive offensive and defensive instructional session. The workouts will emphasize the skills already developed by the player by incorporating them into advanced offensive and defensive game play. Some of the highest profiled players that I have coached or worked out are Matthew Howard(Penn University), Sindarius Thornwell(University Of South Carolina), Austin Ajukwa(Clemson University/University of Charlotte), Devyn Williams (CIU University), Marcus Stroman(University of South Carolina/University of Louisiana Layayette), Seventh Woods(UNC), Karl Gamble(Mid-Tennesse), Keyon Hilton(Clinton Junior College), James Murray-Boyles(UNC Pembroke), Rion Davis(Liberty University), Tevin Mack(University of Texas), Tyler Gray(Harvard University), Brandon Davis (Claflin University), Kendal Hampton (Texas Community College), Quiron Cook(Benedict College), Deshawn Thomas (Floirida Southwest Junior College) & James Reese (University of Buffalo).

This work out was awesome. We were going to try two different coaches to compare, but no need this guy is amazing. My son really enjoyed and the training was intense. We will definitely be returning.

My son's first session was this pass weekend and we are extremely impressed with Coach Brian's training, drills and workouts. His training intensity level is high and very effective. He encourages and motivates to instill confidence. My son has not had this level of intensity training and he is very motivated to go back for more. In his own words "this is what I needed and why didn't we do this earlier." We would highly recommend Coach Brian!
Tanya (CoachUp client)
I was very impressed with Coach Brian. His workouts were intense but very effective for improving my son's skill level of basketball. My son was very pleased and is ready to go back. I would definitely recommend Coach Brian to anyone who is serious about improving their skills.

We've had just two (of many more) sessions with Coach Brian, but I can share that my 13 yo son has NEVER and I mean NEVER been trained so well and he's been playing with various leagues for years. Coach Brian is motivating, thorough, an excellent communicator, and knows the game inside and out. After the first session my son said "I wish other coaches would do drills like Coach Brian." !!! They are tough but impactful and isn't that what we're after? I am one grateful parent who knows my son has great potential with the right mentor--he's found that mentor in Coach Brian!
Anthony (CoachUp client)
Coach Brian was AMAZING in our session! His knowledge of the game is superb and his methods of development to get drastic growth along with overall basketball skill and IQ improvement is off the charts. I recommend anyone who's takes basketball serious and looking to take there game to the NEXT LEVEL to book him immediately!!!
Michelle (CoachUp client)
Tanner is breaking though...Three- 3 point shots in a row @ practice...more aggressive!! He made 4 -points this week but he traveled once!
Eric (CoachUp client)
Lot's of energy. My son only has had one session which was a tough, rewarding, and well organized. No dead time. My son is itching to go back and I'm ready to take him back. Wish I had started him before basketball season. I'm a former coach and because of father/son dynamics I wanted to see if my son responded better to another coach. Coach Sanders was able to get more out of him in one day than I was able to. I would highly recommend him.
Brian T. Chatman, Parent/Friend/Colleague (Testimonial)
Hands down, Brian Sanders is the best individual basketball coach in the Columbia, SC area. Not only does he have an in depth knowledge of the game and an honest desire to make kids better, he teaches with passion and pure encouragement to all his kids. My son has been an athlete of his for three years now (since 8th grade). Each year, my son has physically and mentally gotten better under Coach Sander's guidance. Coach Sanders has a proven system of training, nutrition, and conditioning that is geared to every level of the game. Plus, his methods are current and very modern. That was real important to us and our son. I can surely say that his product and what he is putting out works. I am very pleased with Coach Brian Sanders and I highly recommend anyone who is serious about getting better in this area to consider him. He always tells his athletes that their hard work will pay off. I my son's short time with him, we are really starting to see some of the results and outcomes that he assured us of. He will also be there for you when you call him or need him to give advice or guide you in any decision that is made athletically or academically with your student athlete. I support and stand by Coach Brain 100% as a man and coach that is doing the right thing for kids and adults who love the game and want to get better.

Edgar Albert Guest (Testimonial)
See it Through When you're up against a trouble, Meet it squarely, face to face; Lift your chin and set your shoulders, Plant your feet and take a brace. When it's vain to try to dodge it, Do the best that you can do; You may fail, but you may conquer, See it through! Black may be the clouds about you And your future may seem grim, But don't let your nerve desert you; Keep yourself in fighting trim. If the worst is bound to happen, Spite of all that you can do, Running from it will not save you, See it through! Even hope may seem but futile, When with troubles you're beset, But remember you are facing Just what other men have met. You may fail, but fall still fighting; Don't give up, whate'er you do; Eyes front, head high to the finish. See it through!
