i have been an allstar cheerleader for 9 years.I have cheered with Maryland cheer explosion, elite cheer action, maryland twisters,dc united, and Crimson heat. I work with all ages and i have assisted coaches with helping other cheerleaders for about 3 years. I am good at pretty much everything and you can learn alot from me!

i have one various national championships and got 2rings. i have competed worldwide..Florida, Georgia,Philly, Boston,etc.I am currently competing at collegiate level at Morgan State University.

From a typical session with me you can expect to see a change in your performance and confidence..all work and you will have a great time too. I start off with running laps, stretching..tumbling, cheers, dances, and conditioning at the end.
